FY 2022-2023 Proposed Annual Plan Notice of Public Hearing

 

 

As required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) has prepared an Annual Plan for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2023 for approval through its governing board of commissioners. 

The Annual Plan details the LACDA’s progress in meeting the goals outlined in its five-year Agency Plan, major program policies, financial resources for both the Conventional Public Housing and Section 8 Tenant-Based Programs, and information on housing needs, housing strategies, and other program and management data.

In accordance with HUD requirements, a draft of the Annual Plan was made available for a forty-five (45) day public review and comment period that began on December 21, 2021 and ended on February 4, 2022. The Public comments received by the LACDA have been included in the LACDA’s FY 2022-2023 Annual Plan.

Housing Advisory Committee

The LACDA Housing Advisory Committee meeting with take place on March 16, 2022. The Housing Advisory Committee meeting may be held via a conference call due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please click here for information on how to remotely join the meeting.

Board of Commissioners

The public hearing for the LACDA’s FY 2022-2023 Annual Plan will be held before the LACDA’s Board of Commissioners on April 5, 2022.
