The public is invited to review the following proposed off-cycle project of the County to be included in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Action Plan, which identifies projected use of funds for July 1, 2021– June 30, 2022 for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Original CDBG Amount: $300,000

Description:  This new project provides for offsite improvements for the Imagine Village II housing development in the Fifth Supervisorial District. The development provides affordable housing for income-eligible households. Offsite improvements include the following: demolition, curbs/gutter and sidewalk improvements; improvements to sewer laterals, traffic control planning; and ground and overlay work.  This activity meets the HUD National Objective as a project serving Low- and Moderate-income Limited Clientele under HUD Code 03Z.This is a 30-day notice.  Anyone wishing to comment should submit written comments by October 22, 2021, to the attention of:
