West Carson Villas

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) will hold a public hearing on September 1, 2021, as required and authorized by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, with respect to a proposed plan of financing providing for the issuance of one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds or notes from time to time, including bonds or notes issued to refund such revenue bonds or notes from time to time, for the purpose of providing funds to make a loan to PV West Carson, LP, California limited partnership (or an affiliate or assign thereof approved by the LACDA), to finance the acquisition, development and construction of West Carson Villas, an affordable 111-unit multifamily housing development to be located at 22801-22905 South Vermont Avenue in unincorporated West Carson in the County of Los Angeles.

The hearing will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of California Executive Order 29‑20, which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act.  During the current State of Emergency and in the interests of public health and safety, the hearing will be conducted by teleconference.  We are providing alternatives to in-person attendance for participating in the hearing.
