Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA). The LACDA procures for a wide variety of supplies, equipment, construction, and consultant services.
Starting on October 6, 2025, the LACDA will begin transitioning to a new e-Procurement solution, OpenGov, for publishing solicitations and receiving vendor responses.
IMPORTANT:
All current and prospective vendors will need to register through the OpenGov portal. Once the transition is complete, new solicitation packages and notices will only be available through the OpenGov portal.
Registering as an LACDA vendor with OpenGov ensures that your company will have access to view and download open solicitations and will receive notice by email of any solicitation over $10,000 within your specified commodities and services. For purchases under $10,000, the LACDA requests quotes directly from a limited number of vendors registered in its database. Registering in the database does not guarantee that a vendor will be awarded a contract with the LACDA.
Please note: Los Angeles County maintains a separate vendor database, Webven, which can be used to access County solicitations. You must register as a vendor with the LACDA in order to receive our notices and access LACDA solicitation packages.
