Proposed LACDA HOME-ARP Allocation Plan
You are invited to review and comment on the Los Angeles County Development Authority’s (LACDA) HOME Investment Partnership Program American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan.
The LACDA’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan describes
the needs and gaps in shelter, housing, supportive services, and the LACDA’s planned uses of $32,614,780 of HOME-ARP funding. The LACDA encourages residents, community-based organizations, public agencies, and other interested parties to review
its HOME-ARP Allocation Plan and submit comments.
The LACDA held a public hearing for its Proposed HOME-ARP Allocation Plan before the Los Angeles County Chief Executive Office Community Services Cluster on September 28, 2022. A copy of the meeting agenda and presentation slides can be reviewed at https://ceo.lacounty.gov/agendas/ under “Community Services Cluster.”
The LACDA’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan will be available for a 15-day public review and comment period starting on December 14, 2022, through December 29, 2022.
