The public is invited to review the following proposed off-cycle project of the County to be included in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Action Plan, which identifies projected use of funds for July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Description: This new project offers a social services job training program for 12 job seekers aiming for living wage jobs in the technology industry. The program includes career exploration, technology literacy, professional development, employment coaching, retention support, wraparound services, weekly stipends, and case management and will located at 8525 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90003.  This activity meets the HUD National Objective as a project serving a Low- and Moderate-Clientele under HUD Code 05H.
