Susan began her career with the Los Angeles County Development Authority in 1988.  She briefly left the agency, but returned in 1999. Susan started her LACDA journey in Housing Development and Preservation and in 2018 she transitioned to the Office of Finance and Budget where she leverages her institutional knowledge to support the agency. She has dedicated over 30 years of service to the agency.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge. Outside of the office, she volunteers for the School District Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee and she enjoys various fitness classes at her gym, taking long walks, and traveling to explore new destinations.
